Hi, I'm Jennifer.
I'm a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with a deep passion for supporting young people through some of life's most challenging moments. My practice, Evolution Psychiatry NY, was built on a simple belief: every child, teenager, and young adult deserves compassionate, personalized mental health care — delivered in a space where they feel truly seen and heard.
I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and young adults between the ages of 7 and 28. Whether someone is navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, or simply feeling like something is off, I meet each person exactly where they are — without judgment, without rushing, and with genuine care.

Mental health care isn't one-size-fits-all — especially for young people. A 7-year-old processing big emotions needs something very different from a 22-year-old navigating the pressures of early adulthood. I tailor every aspect of care to the individual in front of me.
I believe in working collaboratively — with my patients, their families, their therapists, and their school teams when appropriate. Healing doesn't happen in isolation, and I'm committed to being a consistent, trusted presence throughout the journey.
Medication, when appropriate, is always discussed openly and honestly. I take time to explain options, answer questions, and make sure every decision feels informed and empowered — never rushed.
